We met Brittany when we asked to see a house we found on Zillow. We immediately liked her style and were impressed by her expertise. She started helping us even before we signed an agreement, so we were happy to sign on with her. We gave her a list of requirements knowing we would not be able to get everything we wanted in one house. We then slogged through many viewings Brittany set up for us. Throughout the process Brittany was patient and helpful as we found it difficult to find a house we liked. Brittany told us that we would know it when we saw it and she was right. We found it made a bid and bought a wonderful place. Besides Brittany's cheerful attitude and expertise on many related subjects as well as real-estate, I was very impressed by her willingness to go the extra mile to get information and offer help even before we asked. House hunting in the tight New Hampshire market is quite and ordeal. Without Brittany I am sure we would have given up. I also feel we have made a new friend. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to really help them through the house buying process.

I would recommend Brittany Reidy over and over again. She made looking for our very first house painless. We had a lot of stipulations and not a ton of wiggle room and she still jumped at every posting she saw or we sent her. There was a few things that needed fixing for our loan to be approved and Brittany spent her own time and helped paint and more. It’s been three months since we closed and Brittany still checks in on us and makes sure we’re doing okay. My apartment building was about to be sold, and I knew that the outcome wasn’t going to be good. I was either going to be kicked out or my rent was going to skyrocket. With rents being insanely high and even though housing wasn’t much better I decided to try to finally buy a house and Brittany became my realtor. I was looking for something affordable like a mobile home or a small house, but they were tough to find. When I thought there was no hope, Brittany told me about this mobile home in Raymond on its own land. This was the type of house I was looking for and I wouldn’t have to deal with an HOA and the commute to work wouldn’t be too bad. So with a lot of work, Brittany was able to work with the seller agent and the loan officers to help me get financing and to help me buy this home. Now I have my own place that I can do whatever want with and I am actually investing my money into something that will give me a return.

Brittany did an incredible job finding us our perfect home! We had quite the list of needs & wants, a pretty firm budget, and no set timeline, so we took our time being picky. But even with all those hurdles, Britt was able to find us a home that met all of our criteria - and off market at that!
